The Family Survey is an important opportunity for you to tell us how you feel about various aspects of the school and learning environment.  Your responses provide valuable information for principals, teachers, and other school support personnel in their efforts toward continuous improvement.  By thoughtfully responding to the questions, you are contributing in a very significant way to the improvement of education in Sumter County.
 
Your responses are completely anonymous. They will be combined with the responses of other parents and compiled into a report format for school and district administrators.  No individual information will be reported and demographic information is optional.   The information you supply is confidential; however, you should not put your name or any other personal information on any of the survey forms.
