Bushnell Elementary is committed to continuous improvement and student success. As part of our 2025–2026 School Improvement Plan, we are focusing on key academic and cultural goals to support every learner.
Academic Goals
- ELA: Increase school-wide proficiency on the FAST assessment from 65% to 66%
- Math: Increase school-wide proficiency on the FAST assessment from 67% to 69%
- Science: Improve 5th grade proficiency on the State Science Assessment from 57% to 62%
ESSA Subgroup Goals
- Black/African American Students: Increase proficiency from 38% to 42%
- Students with Disabilities (SWD): Increase proficiency from 38% to 42%
Campus Culture Goals
- Maintain an overall daily attendance rate of 92.5%
- Ensure teachers regularly communicate with parents/guardians of all students
